You will be responsible for:

  • Managing compensation and benefits systems to meet the organization’s objectives with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness
  • Maintaining employee database, prepare all necessary reports (monthly & yearly) to support both internal and external requirements
  • Ensuring accurate payroll transactions for monthly payroll operation, data correctness, timely and accurate delivery
  • Planning and organizing recruitment and selection activities, prepare employment contracts, conduct on-boarding programs, facilitate probation appraisal and conduct off-boarding program
  • Establishing and maintaining staff disciplinary controls in compliance with work rules and regulations to ensure that labor issues are properly handled and the Company’s policies and practices are compliant with relevant labor laws and regulations
  • Managing performance appraisal process for annual salary increment, bonus, promotion and periodical HR and management reports
  • Managing HR administrative processes and staff benefits (group insurance, provident fund, social security, etc.)
  • Training & Development: manage training programs & costs, and foster career development
  • Exploring and evaluating new programs, services and applications to keep Oozou the most desirable place to work

Familiarity with any of the following is a plus:

  • Harvest application for time tracking
  • Small Improvements application for 360º Feedback
  • BOI (Board of Investment) administration
  • Foreign national visa and work permit processing
  • Experience in recruiting and interviewing candidates for tech companies
